Shipping including tracking within Austria takes approx. 1-2 working days, shipping to the rest of the EU takes approx. 3-4 working days.

Express shipping outside Austria to the rest of the EU takes about 2-3 working days.

Yes, you have the option to select your desired shipping or delivery period before completing your order.

Since all orders are shipped from Austria, no customs duties or import taxes have to be paid for orders within the EU.

If you do not want to keep one or more items, you can return them within 30 days.

Digital products such as plotter files, personalized wooden products and custom-made iron-on transfers and stickers cannot be exchanged!
